Stress
Objective: Students will discuss the warning signs of stress and the overall impact it has on a person. Students will talk about triggers for stress and methods to cope with stress, should they find themselves experiencing it. Students will acknowledge that everyone experiences stress in some way, that different people react to situations in different ways, and that methods can be used to manage the symptoms of stress. Students will practice managing stress and supporting others who may be experiencing it.
